Sarasota Half Marathon: A scenic trip, by foot
Runners pass by the Ringling Museum of Art during the First Watch Sarasota Half Marathon on Sunday. The race was cut in half this year by new owners — U.S. Road Sports and Entertainment Group — which saw that in previous Sarasota events, only 10 or 15 percent of entrants ran the full marathon.
