Our fees

Our fees will vary depending on a particular homes characteristics and the associated cost to inspect and report on each.
Please call for a specific quote. These are some of the items that may affect our fee:

  • How old is the home?
  • What is the total square footage of the home?
  • Does it have a crawlspace?
  • How many bedrooms and bathrooms does it have?
  • Is there a garage and is it attached to the house?
  • Is there a deck?
  • Are there any fireplaces in the home?
  • Are there any out buildings that need to be inspected?

Since all homes are not the same we don't expect you to pay for items that aren't a part of your home. Our fees start at $250 for a single family home.

Payment is due at time of inspection.
